We understand. We’ve tried it all over the years and have packaged what will work for you here at Sports Rehab Shop.

We have learned on our own and have worked with Elite/Pro athletes and their caretakers in Sports Medicine & Athletic Performance to develop a simple foundation for athletic success:

  • Hydration – don’t do anything athletic without it
  • Proper Warm-up and Stretching
  • Stability work / Balance
  • Core Work
  • Postural Support from your feet up
  • Fuel for hard working tissues, including your brain
  • Stress Management (don’t forget laughter!)
  • Sleep

If you don’t have these things dialed in and need some guidance, then we can help. If you aren’t sure you want to commit to playing your best & avoiding injury then we may not be your best resource. Let’s work together to stay in the game, to compete, and to WIN.
